What originally started as a joke of ever being a competition BBQ team has honestly started to become a reality, and is ever evolving quickly to becoming our dream of being able to cook BBQ and give back to the community at the sometime. We probably aren’t the crew you would imagine pulling up to throw down some good BBQ, But we share the same passion to compete to the fullest and give 110% on everything we do. Bringing the mentality of the fire department “never stop learning,” we are starting to see some good things!  The question was asked for how long have we cooked together in the competition world? Well it’s simple, we have only done a couple actual competition cooks, but we have cooked together for several years for many other things. Give us a like and follow as we continue this journey!
